He founded in 2007 now  now is known as Official Crown Of Laurel brand, which became known for its stylish high quality hats.What was his business before? The magazine Vapor editor and founder developed a successful business in the press, but ultimately decided that it was not him and sold Vapor "in Los Angeles magazine publishers. Soon after, he turned the other way - founded caps brand Official Crown Of Laurel, also known as a less official. The name even for several reasons: the interface with hip-hop (often used in official utterances) and personal communications (often used Jason lingo).


Why the caps market was choisen? Because Jason found a gap in it, which is able to exploit: under the big hats manufacturers reaction to what is happening in the fashion world is old.
